This model Jayco is becoming a real "must have"for those who require a small fit in anywhere touring van, & yet the comfort of one twice the size.
This van was built on an Aluminiun Frame some years ago, but has done very little work,as the condition will show. Both the inside & outside are virtually unmarked, & except for when in use,has been garaged for most of it's life.
The interior is basic but functional. There are 2 x 6 ft. 6 in. x 30" beds, separated by a wardrobe, the upperhalf being hanging space, the lower half was a cupboard & drawer, but has been converted to a Portable Toilet storage.
The table will seat four persons in comfort, & when lowered will form the base for a 6 ft.8" X 39" bed,suitable for one adult or 2 small children.
Cupboards. There is a total of no less than 12 overhead cupboards, with 2 open shelf areas for small items, whilst there is storage space under all of the seats & beds for those "necessary" items. When parked, there is ample space for all that you need to "put somewhere" on top of the o/h cupboards.
There is a 4 burner gas stove, plus several 240 volt power outlets for general use, & a 3 way gas electric refrigerator.The "underside' of the bench space is also a general storage area, for kitchen utensils.
Internal lighting is provided for by a centre roof mounted flourescent light, power coming from a 12 volt Deep Cycle battery, with 18 months still left on it's warranty. This is recharged from a Battery Charger, supplied, or could be wired into the tow vehicle electrics.It is also possible to connect factory fitted roof lights into the 240 volt system if required.
Fresh water is carried in a 75 litre tank under the floor, & then a hand pump to the sink.It would be easy to fit a 12 volt pump if required. Mains water when available, can be connected through a large filter under the van, to a seperate tap built into the kitchen sink.
All interior furnishings are in perfect condition, with no cuts or tears.
As this van is buillt on an Aluminium frame, there is no damp or rotting timber smell, & the present owners are both non smokers.
